Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Jot platform. By creating an account you accept them.
1. The service
Jot is a project-management platform provided by Atlas Design Institute. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it under these terms and your subscription plan.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to bind any organization you register.
3. Acceptable use
Use of the platform is also governed by the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or use it unlawfully.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance. Fees are stated on the Pricing page. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the project data you enter. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Enterprise plans may include a separate service-level agreement.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination your data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited as set out in this section.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
