End-User License Agreement

This EULA governs the software license granted to end users of the Jot platform.

1. License grant

Subject to these terms, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Jot software for your internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative works of the software except as permitted by law.

3. Ownership

The software, its design, and all intellectual property remain owned by Atlas Design Institute. No ownership transfers to you.

4. Updates

We may provide updates and improvements. They are covered by this EULA unless accompanied by separate terms.

5. On-premises deployments

Where you deploy Jot on your own infrastructure, additional license terms in your enterprise agreement apply.

6. Termination

This license ends if you breach its terms or close your account. On termination you must cease using the software.
