This policy explains when and how subscription fees may be refunded.
1. Free tier
The Solo plan is free; no payment, no refund applies.
2. Trial period
Paid plans may include a free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends; cancel before then to avoid charges.
3. Monthly plans
Monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins. Cancel anytime to stop the next period.
4. Annual plans
Annual plans may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, annual fees are non-refundable.
5. Enterprise
Refund terms for Enterprise agreements are governed by the individual contract.
6. How to request
Contact us through the Contact page to request a refund. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method.
