This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights. See also "About Your Data" for the plain-language version.
1. Data we collect
Account data (name, email, organization), project data you enter, and usage data needed to operate and improve the service.
2. Why we process it
To provide the platform, secure it, support you, and — where you use AI features — to generate suggestions within your access scope.
3. Legal basis
We process data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, and on the basis of legitimate interests that do not override your rights.
4. Tenant isolation
Each organization's data is isolated at the database level. We do not mix data across tenants.
5. AI processing
AI features process your content to assist you. For hosted models we use providers contractually barred from training on your data. You are informed when AI uses your content.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with processors needed to run the service, under data-protection agreements.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain data while your account is active and for a defined period after closure, after which it is deleted. You can request export or deletion.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may access, correct, export, or delete your data, and object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and an append-only audit log. No system is perfectly secure; we work continuously to protect your data.
