1. Purpose
Jot is for legitimate project-management work. This policy keeps the platform safe and reliable for everyone.
2. Prohibited content
You may not use Jot to store or distribute unlawful, infringing, malicious, or harmful content.
3. Prohibited conduct
You may not attempt to breach security, access other tenants' data, disrupt the service, or circumvent usage limits.
4. Automated access
Automated access is permitted only through our documented API and within published rate limits.
5. Fair use
Resource-intensive use that degrades the service for others may be limited. We will contact you before acting where practical.
6. Enforcement
Violations may result in suspension or termination. Serious violations may be reported to the relevant authorities.
